Abstract EN

The research aims at the a knowledgement of the role of the information technology in Re -engineering the administrative processes in some colleges in the University of Duhok, some theoretical analyses were carried out depending upon some administrative literature concerned ,and then applying number of hypotheses to select the relationship between the research variables which included (56) individuals among when deans subordinates head of departments of some managerial units lecturers in different colleges in Dohuk university cQuestioner were used as a main, instrument in collecting the data and some other statistical methods to analyze the relationship and the effects between the information technology and re-engineering the administrative processes c The research concluded some of findings and results most importantly there is relationship and effect between information technologies in re-engineering administrative processes in the colleges under study
