Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the present situation of the educational supervision to the trainees of the faculties of education at the universities (Kassala, Gezira, Sudan for science and technologies, Wadi-Elneel, Kordofan) and to determine the impact of the all variables (experience, Academic qualification, university).

Also to know the most prominent problems that face the process of educational supervision to the trainees and to introduce proposal to the development of the educational supervision to the trainees of the Sudanese universities.The study follows the analytical descriptive method ,the population of the study comprises and consists of the training supervisors, trainees, and the training program administrators (managers) the sample was randomly selected.

The sample of the process of educational supervision (150)supervisors.

the sample of the trainees (500) students ,the sample of the managers selected andomly ( 5)managers.The following are the most important findings : No statistically significant differences in the present situation of the educational supervision to the trainees of the faculties of educationat the Sudanese universities attributable to the variables of experience.No statistically significant differences in the present situation of the educational supervision to the trainees of the faculties of educationat the Sudanese universities attributable to the variables of Academic qualification.There are statistically significant differences in the present situation of the educational supervision to the trainees of the faculties of educationat the Sudanese universitiesattributable to the variables of university.

There is a coefficient correlation in the attitudes of the trainees of the faculties of education towards the evaluation of the training program.

There is a coefficient correlation in the attitudes of the trainees of the faculties of education towards the evaluation of the method of the process of educational supervision.The researcher recommends that it’s important to find schools owned by the faculties of education to implement the program of the student training.And preparing a written grievance for the trainees who include some of examples and models of the suitable lesson planning.
