the study aimed to Recognizing the role of the educational technology, system and the education design system in the process of mastering the management of the university educational position.

Knowing the role of the educational design system and the university professor in the process of mastering the management of the university educational position.

Exposing the role of the education design system in the process of mastering the management of the university educational position according to the variable: training courses.

The importance of the study stems from the importance of the university level and its active role in scientific progress in the era of the domination of knowledge and technology.

This study may contribute to awakening awareness of the effectiveness of “education design” in upgrading the university educational system in terms of theory and practice to the highest possible efficiency.

We hope that this study will motivate students of scientific research to enrich this field with sober scientific research that matches the speed of the times in the horizons of creativity and excellence, and for this the study used the descriptive method.

The total study population consisted of (99) faculty members working in the Faculties of: Education, Business Administration and Economics, Law - the University of Al-Jafra in Libya.

The study sample consisted of (40) members, 40% of the total community.

The questionnaire was also used as a tool for the study.

The results of the study were as follows: 1- There is a role for the educational technology system and the education design system in the process of mastering the management of the university educational position.

2- There is a role for the educational design system and the university professor in the process of mastering the management of the university educational position.

3- There are no statistically significant differences for the role of the education design system in the process of mastering the management of the university ed ucational position according to the variable: training courses.

And based on the objectives and results of the study, the following was recommended: Extreme care for preparing, qualifying and training university faculty members so that they can employ the latest in teaching and learning technology, and upgrade their abilities to creative design in line with the needs of the undergraduate level and keep pace with always.

The study also suggests that the following topics should be discussed: The obstacles surrounding the mastery of the university educational position management.

The effect of modern training in raising the capabilities of the university professor to the level of mastery.

The role of educational technology innovations in creating creative outputs from higher education.
