Abstract EN

I included in this research the hadiths mentioned in the prayer before Friday with its graduation and the words of the scholars on it correctness and weakness, then I spoke about the ruling on the sunnah precedent aljummah, whether there is sunnah precedent aljummah or not, And the research was divided into two topics : The first topic : The hadiths mentioned in the prayer before jummah, The second Topic : The ruling on the sunnah precedent al-jummah by mentioning the sayings of scholars, their evidence, discussion of them, and the most accurate statement.

The aim of this study is to determine the ruling on the sun-nah precedent aljummah, by reviewing a number of hadiths of the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم to demon strate this year, the validity of the hadiths of the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم in the sunnah precedent aljummah, following the descriptive and analytical approach.

The study found that:There is no sunnah precedent aljummah , neither from what he said or from what he did صلى الله عليه و سلم, because it is not proven from the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم , When he came to the mosque on Friday, the muezzin gave the call to prayer and then sermoned, and it was not transmitted from him that he used to pray the Sun-nah of Friday from a fixed face .

The fixed hadiths are the ones that stipulate to the one who is on Absolute supererogation before Aljummah.
