The study aimed at identifying the degree of practice of strategic flexibility in the college of education at the university of hail in Saudi Arabia and ways of develop it from the viewpoint of faculty members, and to reveal whether there were statistically significant differences with regard to the degree of exercising strategic flexibility and the means of developing it due to the study variables (gender - academic rank - years of service).
quantitative method was use to collect and analyze the data.
the total number of respondents was (231) individuals, it was use a questionnaire to collect data.
the results showed that the degree of practice of strategic flexibility in the college of education at the university of hail was (medium), the degree of development of practice of strategic flexibility in the college of education at the university of hail was (agree).
the study findings showed statistical significant differences at (0.01).
regarding in the degree of practice of strategic flexibility in the college of education at the university of hail, due to the difference in gender for the favor of the (female).
while there were results showed no statistical significant differences at due to the different of (scientific rank and years of service), and the study recommended the necessity of paying attention to the competitive flexibility of the college of education, and the make scientific partnerships with distinguished colleges to raise the quality of their processes, and to adopt the development ways stipulated in the study.
