Abstract EN

The research aims to show how Islamic jurisprudence has contributed to combating and addressing the phenomenon of injustice and tyranny practiced by some rulers،governors،ministers،and those with influence and prestige and by encroaching on peoples or their property while providing examples for that،and then making use of this jurisprudential wealth in addressing such phenomena and accountability of the darkness،especially since this phenomenon has begun to appear in many countries, and international and national anti-corruption organizations are concerned about the corruption and disruption of life that ensues،and because of the importance of the mandate of grievances،the jurists stipulate that whoever is in charge of it has several conditions that qualify him to deter these the darkness and the achievement of justice،using the inductive approach،and the research reached a number of results and recommendations ،and among the most important of these results is that Islamic jurisprudence is among the types of injustice and crimes of rulers،governors،ministers،people of influence and prestige،and those who take their trial and punishment،and who recommendations we recommend that the judicial authorities make use of the model of guardianship of grievances in Islamic jurisprudence in combating crimes committed by rulers،governors،ministers،influential people،prestige and officials against the rights and property of people.
