The study aimed to show that Islamic law, it came to indicate all the life, to achieve the happiness of human beings in their livelihood and their return, and it is the justice of all, and the mercy off all, since from the characteristics of our religion pure clarity, comprehensiveness and peer-to peer appendix and consider parable by parable compatibility between reason and transportation and there are some of characteristics that characterizes sharia Islamic to study the properties of our sharia Islamic it is very important as through which it seeks universality and it is valid all times and places, the problem of the study is the possibility of the our sharia with it is limited evidence, it keep place with renewal continuo and endless development on of the most important objectives of this study is to confirm that sharia Islamic was characterized by universality and raise the embarrassment of the taxpayers.
