Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the legal concept, for the crime of insulting, and the elements of its pictures and elements, and the pillars on which the crime of insult based in Sudanese Criminal law.

The study problem is represented in three axes.

The first axis: what is the concept of insult crime and what are its types?.

The second axis: What are the images of insulting crime? The third axis: What are the models of judicial applications of insulting crime.

The study relied on the inductive approach and analytical information display collected from some sources and references and principle judicial and analyzed.

The study reached number of results and recommendations, that sayings and acts if issued by the perpetrator, knowing that it would provoke the victim and thus his tendency to revenge a breach of security from the offender’s part according to the circumstances spatial and temporal which was issued expression or veils it is considered an aggravating circumstance.
