Abstract EN

The study investigated the argument of the shura and the matter that are related to it and its role in organizing the society.

The problem of the study was emeraged from the neglect of one of the most important Islamic principle and the failure to apply these principles in solving problems، which they led to the inability to deal with many problems in all aspects of life.

The study aim to identify the principle of shura and explain its role in society.

The importance of the study was according to the lack of working with these principles.

The study used the descriptive and analytical method.

The study reached a number of important findings، which are as follow: The necessity for a shura council، moreover the opinion of the people of the shura must be binding matter on the guardian، because shura is considered as one of the basic principle for solving problems.
