The research studies the comprehensive framework of the electronic contract, and I study here, first: the conceptual framework of the contract and the electronic consumer, then the legal framework for electronic consumption contracts.

Second: The temporal and spatial framework of contracting, it is the contract council or the selling council known in Islamic jurisprudence.

Finally, I studied refraining from contracting as a departure from the temporal and spatial framework, and an exception to the principle of binding force of the contract.
