The present study aimed at identifying the extent to which scholarship students at the Islamic University are aware of the concept of digital citizenship.

In order to achieve the goal of the research, the descriptive approach has been used as a research method and at the end of the research, the researcher reached several conclusions the most important of which are the following: The study stated that the Islamic University scholarship students' awareness of the concept of digital citizenship came largely, with an arithmetic mean (3.96).

The commitment to digital controls is at the forefront of the demands in which Islamic University scholarship students are aware of the concept of digital citizenship, with an average of (4.24), followed by commitment to digital etiquette behaviours, with an arithmetic mean (4.10) and the most prominent aspects of Islamic University scholarship students' awareness of digital citizenship in communication and digital networking were the ability to deal with digital applications.

The study also stated that the most prominent aspects of Islamic University scholarship students' awareness of digital citizenship in the field of digital culture are that the university supports a culture of beneficial use of digital technologies, and the most prominent aspects of Islamic University scholarship students' commitment to digital etiquette were their initiative to apologize for communication error.
