This study deals with the problems that the implementation raises on the real estate, and the study focuses on the specificity of the implementation on the real estate in Mauritania, and they are the obstacles and problems that hinder implementation, starting with the introductions to implementation, passing through the implementation procedures and the ruler followed in that and the competent authorities in the implementation process, and the seizure procedures on The real estate and its sale in the public auction is fulfillment of the debt, after all the stages that precede the implementation process on the real estate, such as warning, registration, warnings and adherence to the legal deadlines.

The study also deals with the most important loopholes that are observed at the level of legal texts regulating implementation on real estate, both those related to the authorities in charge of implementation, as well as at the level of the judiciary and procedures before the courts.

The study also presents a set of solutions and proposals aimed at facilitating the implementation process without major obstacles in all stages of the implementation procedures on the property in order to reduce the problems posed by this topic.
