The study aimed to verify the effectiveness of an enrichment program based on the successful theory of intelligence to develop analytic, creative and practical skills among preparatory school female students.

The sample of the study consisted of (70) preparatory school female students, who were randomly distributed into two groups: The controlling group, who were (35) students and the experimental group, who were (35) students from the second grade.

The experimental curriculum of the semi-experimental design was used.

There will be pre-measurement before applying the program, to say nothing of the post-measurement which takes place after the application of the program.

The researcher designed an enrichment program using some educational activities to develop successful intelligence skills.

It was reviewed by faculty members specialized in educational psychology.

The program consisted of (30) training sessions; each session lasts for (90) minutes, two lessons per week.

The scale of successful intelligence prepared by the researcher was used.

The findings of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the performance of students on the scale of successful intelligence, which was attributed to the effectiveness of the enrichment program and in favor of the female students of the experimental group.

It recommends: Directing the officials' attention to the necessity of including successful intelligence skills in the curricula of all students at various levels of study, and expanding the scope of using various training activities based on the theory of successful intelligence that contribute to linking what students learn in school with daily situations
