The Moroccan judiciary in all its degrees, and with it the comparative judiciary in a number of its rulings and decisions, has deliberately adopted the means prescribed by Sharia and legislation to prove the harm justified by divorce, as it expanded its scope, this led to the implementation of other means that can be relied upon in order to prove the harm as is the case in the judicial police records and injunctive judgments of conviction.
