Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of using artificial intelligence applications in the Deanship of Human Resources at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and to determine the requirements for developing the Deanship using these applications, as well as determining the difficulties that the deanship faces when using them; the study used the descriptive approach with its (survey) method, and distributed Questionnaires to the study community, which included (96) Leaders and male and female employees, returned (65) questionnaire; the study concluded that the reality of using artificial intelligence applications in the Deanship of Human Resources came with a low degree and with an arithmetic average (1.91 out of 5), and the study community is largely in agreement with an arithmetic average (4.14 out of 5) on the requirements for development of the deanship using artificial intelligence applications, which was represented in the aspect of the work performance, followed by the aspect of infrastructure, then the aspect of administrative organization, also showed that the difficulties facing the deanship came very large and with an arithmetic average of (4.33 out of 5).

The study presented a number of recommendations.
