This research deals with the quantitative analysis of the bread industry in the Qassim region, which is one of the branches of the food industry and shows the importance of this research in particular in the Qassim region for its representation of the development strategy that brings together the agricultural and industrial sectors since it depends on the basic raw material locally, and because of the bread industry of Long-term significance.

The problem of the research is to clarify the geographical analysis of the important economic activity, leading to results and recommendations that lead to better planning, and the aim of this research is to monitor the geographical characteristics of the bread industry in the Qassim region, determine its spatial distribution pattern, in addition to identifying the future potential for its development.

Research the following approaches, statistical inference, descriptive, analytical, and historical.

The study population is 15 factories whose data were collected using the comprehensive inventory method.

A number of statistical methods were used, through which the research reached an analysis of the time series for the development of bread factories in the Qassim region to achieve positive growth, and by using the Nearest Neighbor index, it became clear that the general pattern of bread factories in the Qassim region the degree of distribution pattern is convergent concentrated, and through the quantitative analysis in the prediction method, the bread factories are expected to reach 18 factories that can be increased if the principle of fair distribution is applied while reducing the differences between governorates.

There are recommendations that develop the bread industry, including, expanding its presence within a wider range represented in achieving the regional development strategy and achieving a balance between the governorates, in addition to the interest in updating industrial licenses and publishing them periodically to make it easier for the researcher to obtain information, and support the local industry because of its role in bringing about sustainable development, in addition to directing the researches of specialists in industrial development in studying important industrial sectors, including the bread industry, due to the scarcity of research related to it.
