The coast of the Sudanese Red Sea is considered one of the most important natural sites that attract tourists in Sudan.

this region is visited by a great deal of foreign tourists particularly sea, diving-lovers and other water sports and it has excellent feature worldwide because the red sea enjoys natural characteristics that attract tourists.

this paper handles the touristic makings of the Sudanese coast of the red sea, the touristic activities which are carried out and its role in development of tourism.

for the discussion of that goal, the study adopted the historical and the descriptive method as well.
