The issue of continuing learning in the social work profession as an art and a science is an essential requirement for practitioners in light of the rapid and successive cognitive and technological changes that societies and the profession are experiencing at the same time.

hence the interest of the current study to determine the requirements of the continuing learning program in social work, which reached many of the requirements of the program requirements for the program itself and the requirements for institutions of professional practice in addition to the requirements for academic institutions, leading to a proposed conception of a continuing learning program in social work.
