The Permanent International Criminal Court is an independent judicial body located in The Hague, the Netherlands, specialized in trying natural persons.
Palestine is one of the countries acceding to the Court, as it ratified the Rome Statute, and the Court is concerned with international crimes, which are (4) crimes, according to Article (5), first paragraph, which are: (war crimes, crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, crimes of aggression).
