Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the extent to which Kuwaiti mobile phone companies are committed to applying the concept of social responsibility, and this study relied on the use of the descriptive analytical approach where the data were collected through secondary and primary sources.

To achieve this goal, the questionnaire was designed and welded by specialized arbitrators, and distributed (160) questionnaires, of which (143) were found valid for statistical analysis and the study reached several results: there is a statistically significant effect to focus on the customer and achieve competitive advantage, and this is shown by the interest of the research company to provide quality products at prices suitable for all segments of society, and there is a statistically significant effect to take care of the solution of social problems and achieve competitive advantage in the Kuwaiti mobile phone company, and this is shown through this, and shows through this The company provided donations, grants, sponsorship of various social activities and contributed to the creation of jobs, while the study recommended recommendations including: the need to prepare training programs for employees in the sector of mobile phone companies to inform them of the strategy of social responsibility and its importance and its role in achieving excellence
