Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the difficulties that teachers face during teaching in Education Directorate of Bani Obaid Brigade.

The researcher has used the descriptive approach by preparing a questionnaire consisting of six fields: the difficulties related to school administration, the capabilities and equipment, the teacher’s professional growth, the work environment, the activities, and the field of scientific content.

To achieve the study’s aims, he chose a sample consisting of (104) male and female teachers.

The study tool distributed to the study sample after it has been verified of its validity and stability.

The results of three fields is very high degree of appreciation, two district s with a high degree of appreciation, and one field with a medium degree of appreciation.

at the end of the study the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Providing financial support to schools to meet the needs and requirements of laboratories and occupations, and providing the necessary services and opportunities to improve the teachers' capabilities through holding various and constant training courses for teachers, so that they keep pace with developments according to the development plans which prepared by the school.
