Although the Jordanian legislator has set some general rules for estimating the value of a lawsuit, there are lawsuits that cannot be assessed, so how can we determine the competent court to consider them according to the rules of value jurisdiction? Especially since these lawsuits do not have a specific value that the competent court can be determined by.

Therefore, we will discuss in this research what are the unestimable lawsuits? The distinction between them and non- valued claims, and the position of the Jordanian legislator from these lawsuits with reference to some of the provisions of the Jordanian Court of Cassation in this regard.
