This study dealt with the extent to which arbitrators’ judgments are subject to appeal according to the established methods for challenging judicial rulings.

The study concluded that the amended Jordanian Arbitration Law No.

(16) of 2018 has given arbitration rulings the status of authoritative res judicata and prevented their review by any of the appeal methods stipulated in the Code of Principles Jordanian civil trials, whether they are ordinary or extraordinary, and the Jordanian Court of Cassation has become the competent authority to consider the case for the nullity of the arbitral award, instead of the Court of Appeal, for absolutely no way to challenge the arbitrators' rulings
