The study aimed at identifying the reality of Epidemiological situation In Gaza Strip in the light of COVID 19, The study sample constituted the employees in Palestinian Ministry of Health In the southern governorates, the number of which is (300), With measurement variables related to (Gender- years of experience - qualification - job titleMajor educational qualification, current place of residence).

The researcher used the descriptive, analytical approach that describes the phenomenon in a quantitative and qualitative manner.

In order to achieve the goal of the study, a twoaxis questionnaire was designed consisting (47) items, whose validity and stability coefficient were verified and which was statistically treated using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).

The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The degree of severity of the epidemiological situation in Gaza Strip in light of the spread of the COVID 19 virus from the viewpoint of workers in the Ministry of Health, with a calculation of 3.48 and a relative weight of 69.78%, which is a medium level of response by the sample members.

Also, the effect of the spread of the COVID 19 virus on the epidemiological situation among workers in the Ministry of Health “In the midst of my calculation is 3.49 with a relative weight of 69.84%, which is a medium level of response by the sample members on the axis.

Also, there are statistically significant differences about the reality of the epidemiological situation in Gaza Strip, in light of the spread of the COVID19 virus, which is attributed to a variable (gender), where the level of significance was less than 0.05, Where the differences were in favor of male workers over females in the Ministry of Health, and the researcher explains this as a result of mixing with male workers in the Ministry of Health with the local community.

Additionally, there are no statistically significant differences about the impact of the spread of the epidemic situation of the COVID19 virus on workers in the Ministry of Health due to the (gender) variable, as the level of significance was greater than 0.05.

In light of the previous results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Training workers in the Ministry of Health on coping strategies and developing resilience, endurance and resilience in crisis and disaster management by integrating these topics into the plans of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in its various departments.

With the necessity to develop the Palestinian health sector by supporting the sector from various financial and human aspects, qualifying the medical staff and seeking the help of doctors from abroad, even if that is through modern means of communication and technology, as there are Palestinian doctors outside the homeland in countries such as Europe and America and in various countries of the world and the Ministry of Health can seek their assistance to provide medical services to help doctors in Palestine due to the great pressure on them.
