The resolution issued by the United Nations on 29/11/1947, which states the division of Palestine between Arabs and Jews, is considered an illegal and immoral decision, for several reasons, the most prominent of which are: It contradicted the most important goal of the right of peoples to self-determination, and the lack of a legal basis, and the United states hastened to recognize this decision, and put pressure on the Many countries to recognize it.

The United states followed the same path that it was taken by British colonialism in supporting the Zionist project in Palestine.

Arab governments rejected the resolution, declared their support for Palestine against this resolution.

The partition decision led to the outbreak of the 1948 war, as the Zionist movement made this decision a legal justification for realizing its dream of building a Jewish state on the Palestinian lands, and it drew up plans to take over the Palestinian lands by force by attacking with weapons on defenseless people, and committing many massacres against civilians, in order to broadcast Fear in the hearts of the people of Palestine and pushed them to leave their land and homes and flee to other places.

The Palestinian Mujahedeen were quick to confront the Zionist forces at first, until Arab armies intervened to support them, but this war ended with the victory of the Zionist forces which controlled more than twothirds of Palestine.

The Palestinian people were stripped of their lands, their property was confiscated and their traces were erased.
