Abstract EN

This research aims at showing the importance of Oman location , the explotion range of Omanian individual for his location , the exploitation range of Omanian idividal for his location thought ages of history , range extention of this exploitation to other locations and what is the importance of other locations for Oman one .

The Omanian location is considered the most important one many other geographical factors ; therefore it has been chosen to be the core and subject of this sereach .

Finally , the most important conclusions arrived at by the researcher important can be summarized as follows : 1.

Oman occupies a very important locantion which is distinguished by geopolitical characteristics having their regional and international importance because it lies on three basic water – surface and has the control over the strategic Hormuz trait .

This geostrategic and economic locatinal importance was increased by the discovery of Oil .

In additions to the important location , Oman has some of the economic resources like oil , natural gas – of these , 90 % is exported to abroad .

The study detested that Oman location has a great role in the Omanian foreign relution whether they are with the neighbouring countries or the reional and international ones .

The study also indicated that Oman had Naral and continental extension because of its middle location to the international trade and its controllability over Hormus strait which is regarded as the unigue and strategic orifice for oil in the Aarbian gulf .

Suchan important location received an international strategie attention and had rarious functions which made it control other locations .
