New energy sources have considerable attention universally for its cleanness and its few environment effects in addition to its continuous nature especially sun energy.

Earth receives formidable sun energy which equals three thousands times of cosmopolitan power in 2000.

The Arab home land is considered the best area in the world to sun energy production where the suitable climatical conditions , the perfect astronomical position , and its wide area which helps the production of sun energy.

But many technological , economic , artistic obstructionists prevenbs the investment of this important energy especially after the globule emphases on environment protection from the wests of digging energy ( coal , natural gas and oil ).

The study is concerned with the geographical capacities and motivation to help the investment of this energy in the Arab Homeland and also the obstructionists of its investment.

In addition to suggestion of some recommendation to overcome such investments.
