Search deals with (Equinoxes, Solstice) phenomena and its relation with high, low temperature characteristics in Iraq (91-2000) in Terms of annual cycle , Periodic variation and temperature anomalous with its Surface situation related to upper atmosphere characteristics (500, 850( millibar , the search used basic statistics method as anathematic mean Correlation, Standard deviation, Coefficient of variation) to get temperature accurate quantitative interpretation to four case studied (vernal equinox, summer solstice , autumnal equinox , winter solstice ) then the data which its summation up to (320) case (320) day was extracted to (5) classes for each annual phenomena frequency and comparison later the search conclusion observed clearly maximum temperature variation compared with minimum for all variable studied, and referred to temperature range variation between north and south region specially in summer solstice and frequency of rarely weather situation which caused standard highest temperature (48.5)°c at the surface which put it in heat wave zones , and variation of weather situation frequency represented by (subtropical high, Siberian high, Indian low, Ethiopian low, Mediterranean low ....) on study, area which frequency summation up to (69).
