Abstract EN

This study aimed at examining the Degree of Efficacy of the teaching multimedia at Al-Quds Open University from the perspective of the teaching staff.

For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of three axes was designed.

The first axis is related to the method of presentation and it contains 21 statements.

The second axis is related to the teaching staff and it contains 12 statements.

The third axis is related to the University administration and it contained 11 statement.

Then the questionnaire which adopted the five-scale measure (very large, large, average, little, very little) was distributed on 37 full-time and part-time teachers.

Statistical analysis was conducted on the retrieved questionnaires the number of which is 35 questionnaires.

Among the most important results were: The existence of individual differences in the arithmetic means for the total degree of the Efficacy of the teaching multimedia at Al-Quds Open University from the perspective of the teaching staff which are due to the gender variable in favor of males, to the variable of specialization in favor of the humanities, to the variable of experience in favor of 6-10 years of experience , to the variable of educational qualification in favor of Ph.D., and to the variable of the status of the teaching staff in favor of part-time teachers.

The two researchers recommended the following: 1.

The necessity of choosing teaching staff who design teaching multimedia whereby they have experience and proficiency in the Arabic language and its vocabulary.

Renewing the contracts of teaching staff who are distinguished in e-learning and activating the teaching multimedia.
