Abstract EN

The current research is interested in identifying the nature of the relationship between managerial empowerment and environmental uncertainty, that is through field testing of the research variables in a sample of managers of departments and administrative units in the municipality of the city of Dohuk starting from a virtual model, two main hypotheses were built which set of assumptions subcommittee.

In order to achieve the goals of the research and complete the requirements, The researcher began to preparing the framework of a theoretical advantage of the literature of the subject, and the sample of the research consist (30) of the directors and heads of departments and units in this municipality.

Then a questionnaire was distributed to the selected sample and through some of the statistical methods the data were analyzed and hypothesis testing.

the most important conclusions that there is a relationship and impact between managerial empowerment and the environmental uncertainty, the research found a set of recommendations that focus on the relationship between empowerment and managing environmental uncertainty.
