This is a research report carried our on the mental functioning on a group of subjects suffering from Behcet illness using T.A.T and the interview.
The author compares the results obtained through the use of the two technique and discusses Marty’s hypothesis relative to the existence of a close relationship between the body’s defense against illness and the quality of mental organisation.
Schematically, the hypothesis is testable, but the author postulates the necessity of elaborating a rational methological instrument permitting the evaluation of body defense against illness in the life span.

II s’agit d’un compte rendu de recherche menée sur le fonctionne- ment mental d’un groupe de sujets atteints de la maladie de Behcet à l’aide du T.A.T et de l’entretien.
L’auteur compare les résultats obtenus à l’aide de ces deux techniques, et discute l’hypothèse de P.
MARTY relative à l’existence d’une intime relation entre la tenue du corps et la qualité de l’organisation mentale.
