Abstract EN

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the Prophet Mohamed who was an envoy of mercy to the worlds, and his family and companions.

This is a summary of what was studied in this research: I studied in this research the ruling of birth minimization, and the extent to which the consent of the spouses is considered, and what related to the birth control and the extent to which mutual consent between the couple is considered, in Islamic jurisprudence.

The results indicated that The birth minimization by taking Special procedures for contraception absolutely, or select a specific number of children-by any means-are forbidden by agreement of scholars, and it is not allowed for spouses to agree on it, either before or after marriage, and if they both agreed on it, their agreement wouldn't be recognized except on necessity basis.

And it is permissible to perform birth control contraception temporarily needed for necessity through insulation, or other modern means, if this is not going to has consequent neither on soul nor the body, and mutual agreement between the spouses is an essential condition of its permission, according to the most correct scholarly view, so, it is not appropriate legitimately for one of spouses to execute such opinion without agreement of the other.
