Abstract EN

This issue is presented in the context of an attempt to readfrom a different perspective of the substance and content of shakibarslan book entitled : why musilms delayed ? why do others offer ? by referring to the difinition of the concept of delay and progress from the standpoint of socio-economic science.

And then to work on the viewpoint of shakibarslan in terms of the reasons that led to the delay of the arabs – muslims on the one hand ,andeurope-the west on the other hand .

after ihane presented my own point of view in relation to those reasons that i found to be problematic delay and progress are contrary to the author of the book.
