The study aims to examine the nature of the work of online ethnography, and the mechanism of its realization as an important methodology in the field of online social qualitative research, to approach digital cultural groups and the public of digital space, to expand our perceptions and understanding the nature of the virtual space and its relationship to the real world of people's lives, and to understand the nature of the methods and methodological qualitative methods of studying it, By employing the moderator of online chat forums as a pragmatic model for asynchronous interactive communication, it is possible to interpret and analyse the constructs that individuals make about digital technology in their local social and cultural contexts.
