Abstract EN

Through this article, I seek to answer an important problem that examines how the trade union struggle of the UGTT is politicized during the Farhat Hashad phase.

Of course, the answer to it is not easy, especially if we know that the trade union struggle is primarily linked to socio-professional and economic demands, and that its inclusion in the political struggle may empty it of some kind of its principles and content.

But I tried, as much as possible, to understand its various aspects and to be familiar with their details by shedding light on the nature of the politicization of union work, as well as its forms and manifestations of strikes and conferences.
