The quality of higher education institutions depends on the quality of its teaching staff.

And in order for this distinction to be, there is an urgent need to prepare the pillars and components that enable him to fully respond to the needs of the current and future stage, as the professor's continuous growth and development has become an unavoidable necessity, he must have complete personal competencies and skills.

it has become necessary to consider the contemporary roles of faculty members, make them aware of them especially in light of the search for quality.

The current study is an attempt to uncover the standards and fields of quality of a university faculty member, and to answer this question, we adopted a plan based on the problem of the study and its questions, with an indication of its importance, objectives, important terms with reference to some previous studies, leading to a set of elements that serve the research and answer its questions.
