Summery: The research deals with the study and statement of one of the most important mechanisms developed to protect the environment from the various negative effects resulting from the exploitation of classified facilities, as they lead the owners of these facilities for a voluntary response to adopt environmentally friendly technologies and equipment in the exploitation process, which makes them an effective tool to push towards Environmental rehabilitation of classified facilities.

This study is an attempt to shed light on the role of tax incentives, the extent of their contribution to protect the environment through an indication of what they are intended for, their importance in the field of environmental protection, in addition to showing their various images, and how they affect the activity of classified establishments with a view to qualifying them to harmonize with their natural surroundings.
