Financial corruption is the scourge of the banking and financial systems.

It takes so many forms that states and governments are joining efforts to find the most effective way to fight against its threat to the economy.

In the Algerian law, a specialized banking regulation has been created to foster an adequate economic environment and implement an effective po fight against corruption.

However, the success of the financial anti-corruption policy is also determined by the existence of legislative and institutional means capable of repressing all forms of corruption in respect of governance and banking norms, but questions ariseon the extent of the effectiveness of the means stipulated in the current regulations meant to protect the banking and financial nomenclature against the executive decisions that may have a negative impact in the fight against corruption
