Abstract EN

: The code civil and administrative procedure assigns an original jurisdiction to the judge of expedited matters, exercised according to the two criteria mentioned in articles 299 and 303, which are emergency and non-prejudice to the origin, and an exceptional jurisdiction exercised independently of these two criteria within the framework of article 300 to examine cases assigned by the legislator by special provisions.

Substantive lawsuits assigned by the legislator to the judge of expedited matters enjoy both procedural characteristics of the referee lawsuit in matter of short-term, executive force of the order and methods of remedy, and of substantive lawsuits in which the order enjoys the force of res judicata and judicial remedies in referee orders.
