The threat of fine by means of financial coercion prescribed by law for the compulsory in-kind implementation of civil obligations subject to work or inaction, which requires the personal intervention of the debtor in spite of its possibility and proven by executive bonds, shall be enforced in accordance with the prescribed rules of the latter.

The creditor, whether with the substantive claim established for the obligation in force, or through a subsequent independent lawsuit, to respond to it after verifying the availability of its conditions to determine its value and time limits.

It is hoped that they are referred to the judiciary to demand an increase in its value or liquidation, taking into account the damage done to the creditor and the apparent intent of the debtor.
