This is even if both divorce and repudiation are legitimate and legal project, but they have dire effects on the family and society, which led the legislator to try to work to reduce them.

Divorce consists in compensating the divorced woman with an amount that the husband may be unable to pay, as well as monetizing it with the marital home if she is incubated, which may deter the husband and make him divorce.

Despite all this, divorce became widespread on the ground, highlighting the effectiveness of family law provisions in maintaining marital bonds.
