Abstract AR
لقد اهتم المؤسس الدستوري بموضوع الحقوق و الحريات العامة و أولاها عناية خاصة، لاسيما الحق في ممارسة حرية التنقل، هذا الحق الذي أقرته الإعلانات و المواثيق الدولية و شمله التعديل الدستوري الأخير باضافات جديدة في المادة 55 و هذا من شأنه أن يعزز مكانة هذا الحق الذي يعد أساسيا لممارسة بقية الحقوق الأخرى كحق العمل و التعليم.

الخ، و تحقيقا لذلك سعى المشرع الجزائري منذ زمن في مراجعة التشريعات ذات الصلة بهدف السماح بممارسة هذا الحق بكل حرية دون تقييد، تمكينا لممارسة حقوق أخرى الا أنه رغم ذلك يظل حق ممارسة حرية التنقل نسبيا غير مطلقا
Abstract EN
The constitutional founder has been concerned with the subject of public rights and freedoms, especially the right to exercise freedom of movement.
This right, which was adopted by international declarations and conventions, was included in the new constitutional amendment with new additions in Article 55, which would enhance the status of this right, Such as the right to work, education, etc.
In order to achieve this, the Algerian legislator has long sought to review the relevant legislation with a view to allowing the free exercise of this right without restriction, in order to enable the exercise of other rights
