Abstract EN

As part of the implementation of the policy of the Regulatory State, Algeria is working to create a kind of socio-economic balance by encouraging the collective movement and supporting the social and solidarity economy in the face of ferocity of liberalism protected by the principle of economic freedom, in order to protect the weak consumer.

These include the creation of associations for the protection of consumers, as well as the implementation of activities complementary to the work of the public authorities.

This idea raises the problem of the ence of legal texts, Through this study, we will try to shed light on this by knowing how to establish the association first, then determine the terms of recognition of public utility.
