تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على اتجاهات مجتمع الأعمال نحو إنشاء حاضنة أعمال و الخدمات المطلوبة منها، بالإضافة إلى تحديد المنشآت الأكثر ملائمة للاحتضان، من خلال توسيع فكرة الحاضنات لتشكل هياكل دعم و تنمية الـمنشآت الصغيرة و المتوسطة الناشئة و القائمة معا.
تم الاعتماد على المقاربة الكمية وذلك من خلال التحليل الكمي لبيانات 48 استبيان موزع على مدراء المنشآت الاقتصادية المتواجدين بولاية الـمدية.
وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى، أن هناك احتياج للحاضنة، بحيث اعتبر 83.
6٪ من المتوسط الإجمالي للمستجوبين أن الحاضنات آلية مناسبة و مهمة في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال.
و أهم الخدمات المطلوبة منها هي أنشطة التشبيك في مجال الأعمال، المساعدة على خطط التسويق
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the trends of the business community towards the establishment of a business incubator and the services required of it, as well as to identify the organizations most suitable for incubation, by expanding the idea of incubators to form support and development structures for small and medium-sized start-ups and existing together, relied on a quantitative approach through quantitative analysis Data of 48 questionnaires distributed to managers of economic establishments located in the city of Medea.
Finally, the study concluded that there is a need for the incubator so that 83.6% of the total average of the respondents considered that the incubators appropriate mechanism and important in promoting entrepreneurship.
The most important services required are networking activities in the field of business, assistance in marketing plans.

Cette étude vise à identifier les tendances du monde des affaires vers la création d’un incubateur d’entreprises et les services qui s’imposent, ainsi qu’à identifier les organisations les plus appropriées pour l’incubation, en développant l’idée des incubateurs afin de constituer des structures de soutien et de développement pour les petites et moyennes entreprises en démarrage, reposant sur une approche quantitative qui se fonde sur une analyse quantitative : les données de 48 questionnaires distribués aux responsables d’organisations économiques situées dans la ville de Médéa.
Enfin, l’étude a conclu à la nécessité de créer un incubateur, de sorte que 83,6% de la moyenne totale des répondants ont estimé que le mécanisme de l’incubateur était important et utile pour promouvoir l’esprit d’entreprise.
Les services les plus importants requis sont les activités de mise en réseau dans le domaine des affaires et l’assistance dans les plans de marketing.
