This study purports to highlighting the most important economic effects of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) on the economic enterprise segment and the accounting method of the leasing incentives granted to it in the context of the aids to overcome the period of shortage of the cash inflows, in that this study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, as this study has concluded several results, the most important that the proper accounting treatment requires that the exemptions granted be distributed equally along the remaining lease period

Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence les effets économiques les plus importants de l’épidémie de Corona (COVID-19) sur le secteur des institutions économiques , et la méthode de traitement comptable des incitations à la location qui leur sont accordées dans le cadre des aides destinées à pallier le manque de liquidités.
L’étude était basée sur l’approche analytique descriptive, l'étude a également abouti à plusieurs résultats, le plus important que le traitement comptable approprié exige que les exemptions accordées soient réparties également sur le reste de la période de location
