The world has seen a period of digital and information revolution that takes part in different work fields.

So, the use of modern information and communication technology in its various digital media has become an imperative for all States.

However, and in response to this technological development, new forms of diplomacy have emerged; it includes e-diplomacy as a new mechanism for managing international relations and an application's area of smart power to achieve foreign policy objectives.

This form of diplomacy differs from the traditional one in its actors, channels and its connection to social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube as new professional tools for diplomats.

This is what we will look at in this paper by introducing e-diplomacy and its channels, as a new form of modern diplomacy with its advantages and dangerous.
