It is well known that we live in the time of information, where power is given to those who possess it, as the latter is the first and last source for various institutions, because its modernity, accuracy and availability in the required time and place increases its value and affects the decisions that resulted from it, and this explains the interest of major institutions and the superpowers of the extent of the importance of possessing information for decision-makers, especially the political decisions that draw and direct the internal and external policies of countries and determine their future and position.
