The current Study intended to explore the effect of Mother Efficiency in the provision of family environment on some of the social skills for the gifted, the basic study sample consisted of 65 families (65 Mothers, 65 son or daughter) of the governorates (Cairo, Qalubia), and from different social and economic levels, Search tools include Form of general statements of the family, Raven Standard Progressive Matrices, Raven Standard Progressive Matrices, creative thinking Test prepared by Abraham and the Urbanization of Magdy Abdel Karim Habib, a list of behavioral problems, and the measure of Mother efficiency to the provision a family environment, and a measure of some of the social skills (prepared by the researcher).

The study results concluded the following: The presence of statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level of significance in the mother's efficiency to the provision a family environment for gifted according to the educational level of the mother in favor of the higher educational level, There are also statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level of significance in the mother's efficiency in the provision of family environment for gifted according to family income in favor of high-income, There are significant differences in social skills between the mean scores of gifted according to gender in favor of males, and depending on the grade of the school, and the arrangement between brothers, There were positive correlation between the mother efficiency to the provision a family environment and some of the social skills for gifted.
