The enactment of a law governing the sale of surplus petroleum products is a guarantee of oil wealth and the enhancement of its resources, in addition to strengthening the role of the entities practicing the selling activity by applying the law, and extending that to the supervisory role during the control and auditing processes of the contracts concluded, and finally strengthens the principle of legality in the administration’s work based on the law.
