Democratic transformation and political reform in Arab countries are of the concerns of Arab thought.

There are no ready-made formulas for democracy that work in all societies, and there is no doubt that this stage of transformation faces a lot of problems, especially since those Arab societies have not yet passed the stage of modernity.

In our Arab world, there are some difficulties are related to the privacy that rejects the democratic frameworks which come from different cultures.

Therefore, the Arab world finds itself faced with impossible policies.

And the political perception like that seems limited to condemning the others, who considered the source of crises, this happens without looking to solve the problems and remove obstacles.

Political science gives us a definition to these crises, as the crises of political development.

The crisis of integration in Sudan is one of the examples of these crises.
